What I have learned after hundreds of QHHT and Akashic Records Sessions

In no particular order... these are some of the things I have learned. This is the pep talk you didn't know you needed. Not for everyone... but if you are ready, here you go: (you're welcome)

  • Most people are stuck in loops and patterns and they don't seem to be able to break through. The same situation, the same person, the same relationship, work (sometimes it is the same problem presenting through different people as a new attempt to overcome a theme). They dislike everything about their lives, yet they continue on a loop that leads nowhere. The one element missing: Courage. Courage to make that decision. Courage to leave your abuser. Courage to quit that job that makes you sick. Courage to stop engaging with people in your life that clearly don't love you. Courage to stop routines and to follow rules that only entrap you more. No quantum healing or ceremony or meditation or Ayahuasca retreat can do it for you. Find that courage within you and take the first step. Then the second. Then the third. Even if it takes you 30 years. Work your way out. The one element missing: Courage

  • Dark magic, entities, interference. All real. Learn to work with them. Learn to never fear them. And also understand that both light and dark work for your highest good. The dark is only looking to be acknowledged. Appreciated. Liberated. They normally leave very easily and they are grateful to be on their way out. Hint: look at addictions, blockages, depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts.

  • Most people feel unheard, not loved, not appreciated, not acknowledged. Start by finding your light, your beauty. Understand that you've been abandoning yourself all these years, and this is your invitation to start taking care of yourself. To do what brings you joy. To put yourself first in your schedule. Again, that takes courage and action. No amount of healings and psychic readings can make you love yourself. This is your journey to self-discovery.

  • Everybody is looking for purpose. And they want that purpose to reflect in a job. A career. Zoom out for a moment. What is life on Earth? Why are we here? What do we get from this experience? You came at a time where people work all day jobs they dislike for the weekend. To purchase something that gives them mild temporary satisfaction. To pay the bills. An expensive vacation. Loans. The whole system is a trap. Also an illusion. A simulation. Now zoom out of the simulation for just a moment. Who are you living your life for? How are you creating joy every moment of your life? Do you feel a calling to help? Then do it. Do you feel a calling to write? Then do it. Do you feel a calling to be out in nature? Prioritize it. Do you need help finding what you like, great - get help, and then take that first step. Again: courage.

  • The food we eat, the water we drink, the cosmetics we put on our skin and hair, the clothes we wear, the air we breathe: they likely make us sick and disconnect us from our higher guidance. Take a good look at how you are fuelling your body. Take a good look at the medications, the colorings, the lifestyle you live. Take that first step towards your health. Maybe you can go to your local farmer's market, maybe you can make sure you filter your water, maybe you can look at the type of food "products" you are consuming and decide to choose better. Again: action and courage.

  • On a similar note: Are you using food to fill a gap within? What does food represent to you? Nurturing? Pleasure? what void are you filling with sweets, alcohol or other temporary pleasures? What is truly happening at a deeper level? Do you feel lonely, unloved, unheard, unacknowledged?

  • You are not your body. Self deprecation and self hatred normally come from your observations and looks of your body. What society tells your your body should look like to be successful or happy or desired. Transcending society's rules around the body and looks is the first step towards finding your true self. And your true self is so infinitely beautiful and pure light - love is the only response to it.

  • Connecting with your guides and higherself is your right and you were built to be able to do so. But it may take practice, time, and courage. Start clearing your body, so you can feel it within you. Practice feeling your chakras. Go outside more. The energies in cities can be very heavy and entangled, and it is hard to listen to your intuition.

  • Many empaths tend to absorb other people's emotions, feeling drained at the end of the day, leaving them without any energy to take care of themselves. Get into the habit of releasing all energies and emotions that don't belong to you. A simple intention to do so is all it takes.

  • The whole point of this life is to find yourself. Everything happening around your life is either a distraction or a mirror to find yourself. Once you find yourself, you will find the tremendous force within that is only love. You will love yourself fiercely, seek your harmony and peace. Ruthlessly remove anything that doesn't contribute to your peace. And love others with a curiosity and wonder that makes them feel seen for the first time. Then, you can help others. Then, you find people that see you. Then, you find yourself in others. And you find that all make the One. Forgiveness towards your abuser, your bully, your angry boss will come naturally after you integrate this truth.

  • There are no guru's, no truth. It is helpful to find a teacher in your journey, but at some point you will outgrow the teacher, and that is ok. That is part of your path to find yourself. For some, the path is through Jesus. For others, the path is through Lord Shiva. For others, the path is through Mother Earth, or Buddha, or some new guru they find online. All paths leads the same way. Some paths are longer and windier than others. That is ok. All soul choices.

  • Preaching to others tends to be unhelpful. Sometimes it may work. But for most, the path is a solo adventure. It tends to be more effective to focus on your own enlightenment- and through that, you just love people, and they feel seen. Then their hearts open for the first time, and your work is done. Even all these things I'm sharing here may mean absolutely nothing for many. And for others it may resonate deeply. Each path is individual, as much as we love other's company.

Nobody is responsible for your happiness. Not your husband, not your mother, not your children, not the government. You are the only one responsible for this life.
  • Your happiness is on the line, and it is only up to you to make it happen. Again: action and courage. It takes courage to leave a non-loving marriage. It takes courage to end a friendship that was draining your life away. It takes courage to move out of the apartment that makes you sick. It takes courage to stop eating garbage. It takes courage to stop drinking alcohol and explaining (or not...) to the friends that only want to meet you for drinks. It takes courage to cut the toxic family member that guilts you into spending all that time with them in the name of family values.

  • If you find yourself again resenting other people or circumstances, try feeling into this idea of all being a simulation. If this is a simulation, what is this person, or circumstance showing me? What action could I take to solve it within?

  • There are many people teaching spirituality or taking courses and reading books and watching videos that understand it all intellectually. They can speak for hours about spirituality and New Age concepts. But their life is not reflecting love. They exhibit resentment. Constant cycles of complaining, still trapped in unloving relationships, jobs they dislike, etc. This is part of the path. They will integrate at some point, on their own terms.

  • The story of Jesus is a metaphor for our spiritual awakening. Treason. Accusations. Crucifixion. 3 days of death. Resurrection (and your friends won't recognize you at first). It is an interesting one to study.

  • Yes, physical healing is possible and I have witnessed it many times. Sometimes a sickness serves you a purpose, and acknowledging it helps you release it. Sometimes it is the food you eat. Sometimes you carry all your family's generational pain. It takes courage to trust yourself. Every soul comes with a unique story, a unique perspective. A unique puzzle to solve. Maze to get out of. Hint: hating your path won't make it easier.

  • A lot of people that are here on a mission to help others with something very specific usually go through that very specific experience in life. Look at your own path, what you've been through. What you have managed to transcend. That is usually a clue about what you are here to learn and help others with. Sometimes you help others simply by finding your own answers - no need to preach or make a career out of it. Your job is done once you find the exit to your own maze. Then you simply love others. And then they feel heard and seen for the first time. Then their hearts open... and your job is done.

  • Rebel a little. Revering authority so much doesn't contribute to your peace or happiness. A doctor, the government, someone in power. Find your own power. Gracefully do your own thing, with harm to none. Respectfully, no.

  • Give yourself some grace. We all make mistakes. We are all learning. Help when you can. Meditate when you can.

If you don’t have it in you quite yet: pray for courage. Pray for strength. Pray that a friend shows you how. Pray that a book inspires you or a dream ignites you.

  • Soul mates/twin flames that have gone no contact: if he wanted… he would have called. If he’s too broken and not ready to love you, give him space. If he doesn’t love you: let him go.

If he says “I love you” but mistreats you, makes you feel small and unappreciated… Stop abandoning yourself. Pick up your pieces. Pray for strength. And leave. Don’t look back.

If he blocks you: the message is clear. Message taken.  If your intuition tells you he is the one, but he doesn’t love you back- you may be tapping into a future potential. The now is today. And every moment is an opportunity for yourself to create your peace. Create your joy.

If you feel intense grief: feel into it. Experience your feelings. Give yourself grace and time. You deserve it. Take care of yourself.

  • If you are afraid of taking action because you may hurt your loved ones: visualize yourself at your happiest. Your freest. Wouldn’t your loved ones see that in you and feel happy for you?

If God is omnipotent and omnipresent, wouldn’t it all work out for the greater good of all?

Maybe you saying no to someone opens up their path to happiness. Maybe they don’t have the courage to say “I have outgrown this relationship”. And by you being courageous to take that first step, you give them the biggest gift of their life.

  • If you are too worried about what is happening in the World, what you see on the news. What a politician said or did that triggers you. Tune out for a moment. It is all a simulation. What is this showing me? What is this triggering within me? Is this triggering my desire to help and create the New Earth? How can you help your neighbor? Your family member? Your local community? Is it helpful for the world that you spend your days worrying about what you see on the news? Even if you don’t consume mainstream media- I know you are watching alternative news sources. What are they triggering within you? Is it a call to action, or is it dimming your light? Is it another distraction so you don’t find yourself?

Finally, I heard this online and you probably need to hear it too: Access to your loving/healing energy is a privilege. Enough of giving it freely to people that don't deserve it or don't appreciate it.
