How to connect with your Higher Self to get clear guidance and help

This is usually one of the most common questions clients bring to their QHHT sessions, and the Higher Self ALWAYS replies....

You have to meditate.


And meditation can be hard at times, boring, uninteresting, or you may feel that no matter how hard you try, you can never "hear" your guides or your higher self. Maybe you fall asleep, or you start thinking about all the tasks you still need to complete before the end of the day, or the dog starts barking, or the phone rings...


So here's what the Higher Consciousness had to say today about that:


We are living the the hyper-information era. There's so much information, content, social sharing, news, etc. that there is simply too much noise in our field.

This hyper-information inundates the human aura, creating so much noise that people are stunned, confused, unable to connect in.

When the noise is so loud, the distractions so invasive, people can't reflect, they can't evolve or grow. Worries grow, anxiety, depression...

And this is why meditation is so important to integrate truth.

The "war" is always internal.

The "veil" is made of hyperinformation and hyperdistractions. This is more prevalent in cities, with tall buildings and higher density.

All our biofields are intermingled.


So how can you connect with the Higher Self and your guides?

  1. Start by turning off your phone (you may place it in airplane mode at night for a better night of sleep).

  2. Place your attention on your heart.

  3. Focus your attention on each of your chakras (you can visualize the image below to help you breath into each of them, starting from the roots).


You may also use your imagination to visualize your chakras as spinning spirals and imagine yourself making them spin, all the same way, creating vortices of coherent energy (intention is everything).


  1. At first, don't focus on receiving guidance or visuals. Focus on harmonizing your energy, clearing the noise. The more your do it, the easier it will get.

  2. As you practice daily, you will be able to shorten the time it takes you to get to your inner coherence. You may even ask your Higher Self to give you a keyword that will bring you to inner peace quicker (trust the first word that comes to mind, even if funny!).

  3. Start taking a journal with you and try drawing or writing. Maybe singing or humming too.

  4. Ask for a sign: either repeating numbers, a yellow butterfly, a ladybug, a rainbow unicorn. And pay attention to your surroundings. Maybe you walk on the street, and you'll bump into a mural featuring the yellow butterfly you asked to see, or you'd be scrolling on Tik tok and the ladybug you asked to see is just there. Whatever it is, your guides can materialize it into your experience very easily.

  5. Move your body, drink clean water and try to clean your diet as much as possible.


The more mental clarity you have, the easier it will be to discern the noise around you. When life "happens", or you read the news, or someone says something triggering: pause and ask yourself "Is this meant to distract me?", and "what is this showing me?".


Try going out in nature as much as you can, even to a little park around the corner. And if you can't go out, go with your consciousness. Close your eyes, take a deep breath into your heart, and imagine yourself in between majestic redwoods, or other trees you may like.


This will take time and work, but I promise you, it is so worth your time. Fight back those distractions as if they were the virus. Push through. And do it again and again. If sitting still isn't working, then take a walk, go to the gym, draw, paint.


It took me a while to really get into my daily practice. It was hard at first and I was inconsistent, despite knowing it was the recipe to get my channel to open.

So let this be your friendly reminder... yes it takes effort and hard work, but the payback is huge!
